My stay at Pierre & Vacances exceeded my expectations in every way. From the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, notably Rachid at reception, to the convenient access to Carrefour Orense and Santiago Bernabeu, the hotel catered perfectly to all our needs. The spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities like USB chargers embedded near power sockets showcased a high level of attention to detail. The rooftop swimming pool with stunning views and the comfortable sofa bed made our stay truly enjoyable. The location, close to various dining options, including Ginos and Tayo Fusion Burger, only added to the overall exceptional experience.
